1 - Start doing cardio. Running, biking, jump rope, you name it.

5 - Don’t drink, because it contains empty calories and slows your metabolism.
6 - Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
7 - Stay away from high fat foods.
8 - Get at least 6 hours of sleep each night.
9 - If you exercise in the morning, you can boost your metabolism.
10 - If you drink green tea before working out, it can help get rid of fat.
11 - Try using the stairs instead of an escalator.
12 - Weigh yourself everyday and set goals. This will help you track your progress, motivate you to lose more fat or weight and also will help boost your confidence.
13 - Try to find a skinny picture of yourself. This will be your motivation to look like that again.
14 - Avoid all friend foods, they are high in bad fats and cause health issues.
15 - When you go to a holiday party or w/e, don’t over eat.
