Why Drink Aloe?

Posted by admin

No one is certain exactly how far back the use of aloe goes. Records show, however, that ancient Egyptians and ancient Greeks used aloe as early as 2200 BCE.

According to one legend, Alexander the Great was encouraged to conquer the island of Socotra for one reason - aloe. With aloe in his army’s possession, his troops will have a huge supply of a very effective wound remedy.

Aloe was first used as a drink. By the 1950s, however, researchers found a way to stabilize the main ingredient of aloe and market it as a drink.

This ingredient, called Aloe Vera, has been used as the base for moisturizers, over-the-counter drugs, and most importantly, nutritional drinks.

So, why drink aloe? Aloe can cure many dental problems, such as canker sores and gingivitis. Aloe also enhances the body’s fibroblast function. What this means is that it soothes minor cuts, burns, scrapes, irritations, and sunburns.

Aloe also has natural detoxifying abilities. It can improve bowel movement and protein absorption. At the same time, it can also help your body get rid of harmful yeast and bacteria. If you drink aloe, you can also help your body regulate energy levels and weight. Aloe contains 12 naturally occurring substances that can prevent inflammation, improve muscle movement, and enhance joint support.

Before you run to the grocery so you can drink aloe, though, there is something you have to know. While it’s true that aloe does possess healthful properties, these properties emerge only if the aloe juice is properly extracted and stabilized.

Stabilizing procedures are necessary to ensure that the drink will not be contaminated, thus resulting in spoilage and discoloration. So before you drink aloe, conduct a little research first. You can’t go wrong with ‘Aloe - Your Miracle Doctor’ as your resource.

Written by Yulia Berry, the book explains not just everything aloe-related but also how you can use aloe to cure ailments ranging from A to Z. Berry also shows you how you can make your own aloe creams and drinks at home. So, with Berry’s ebook to guide you, not only can you drink aloe, you won’t have to spend a penny on each bottle.
